ENC3581 can deliver up to 8 channel MPEG-4 standard definition services to MPEG-2 cable television (CATV) headends. It’s professional bidirectional transcoder to convert video between H.264/MPEG-2 format in Standard defiition programs simultaneously. It is equipped with 4 FTA DVB-S2 tuner or ASI inputs to receive channels directly,it outputs MPTS & SPTS through the DATA IP or ASI port.

This transcoder supports advanced re-multiplexing and can effectively provide operators with real-time code rate switch and optimize the video with its high performance. 

 It is equipped with the latest advanced video compression technology to deliver unsurpassed video quality at lowest bitrates and low latency, It also can be used to support IPTV, broadcast and video surveillance applications.
